SLEEVE IT
When you have a fence post required behind the wall......
Sleeve IT allows the fence post to be installed directly behind the back of the Keystone block. The pre engineered solution of Sleeve IT prevents the lateral loads from the fencing from being transferred to the wall face. Alternatively fencing should be installed 3' from wall face and will require drilling or augering through the geogrid layers by the fencing contractor after the completion of the wall. Sleeve IT is installed by the wall installer in the last three (3) course of the wall allows and eliminates the need to disrupt the geogrids and risk snagging a layer of geogrid that may pull the wall face. Sleeve IT increases the usable land at the top and eliminates the need to landscape or maintain landscaping between the back of the Keystone wall and the fencing.
